Recently got a membership for their infrared sauna and I am HOOKED. It’s perfect for after work or a workout - listen to a podcast, enjoy the aromatherapy and let the saline mist work its magic for your skin and breathing. It’s a total wellness moment you can devote to yourself. I promise, you’ll feel amazing after.

Liz is absolutely amazing. She had a natural ability to see how your face would look most flattering, even if that means it is a less expensive procedure. She will never pressure or force you to feel like you need to get anything done. Every time that I go in, she makes me feel completely and totally at ease and comfortable, and I just started to get into Botox and lip fillers a few months ago. I will never go anywhere else and I don’t have enough good things to say about the entire staff at Renew You Medspa in Hudson.

Great service and my esthetician Olivia was extremely knowledgeable and provided the best facial I have ever had! calming atmosphere. My facial was very relaxing and finished with red light therapy which topped it off! Can’t wait to return.

I am so happy I received a referral from a friend to go to Renew you. Every interaction with the staff felt genuine and they are so attentive, making my experience unforgettable. Anh the NP was very knowledgeable and answered every question i had. She took the time to explain the process in detail, making me feel confident and informed.
