She made me feel completely comfortable and took the time to explain everything. The atmosphere is calm and inviting, and the staff is amazing. I will definitely be back for more services. I recently went to Renew MedSpa for a facial with Olivia. It was a fabulous experience! My skin is glowing for the holidays. As a bonus, Olivia also provided a mini facial and neck massage. I left the spa feeling beautiful and rejuvenated. I will definitely be back!

I had an amazing experience getting a Diamond Glow facial with Olivia! I’ve had hydrofacials done in Manhattan, Miami, and upstate NY, but this was by far the best. First, the ambiance was perfect—relaxing, cozy, and inviting. The music was soothing, and the overall atmosphere was incredibly calming. Olivia took the time to ask about my skin concerns and any allergies or sensitivities, which I really appreciated. She started with a massage, which was an unexpected but amazing bonus! As for the hydrofacial itself, I was highly satisfied with the amount of suction. Olivia went over my face and neck twice, giving extra attention to my problem areas, which made a noticeable difference. At the end, she applied a hydrating mask to lock in moisture, and the entire process was carried out with great care. I left feeling so happy with my skin—it felt incredibly clean, glowy, and refreshed. I purchased a pack of six Diamond Glow treatments, and I love that these can be shared with someone else. Overall, this was hands down the best experience I’ve had at a medspa. I absolutely loved it!

I have Neogen for my eyes here with Anh. It was great and Anh was very exceptional with her service I would come back again for future need.
